motelsos.com already provides a motel operations and management course for new starts in the industry, however, it is acknowledged there are highly skilled and experienced motel managers currently working within the industry who do not require this training.

Therefore motelsos.com has founded the ‘Elite Manager Program.’

motelsos.com has designed the ‘Elite Manager Program,’ for skilled and experienced motel managers to showcase their industry expertise and professionalism with the aim of motelsos.com introducing you to quality motels throughout Australia for work and career opportunities.

Participants are accepted into the ‘Elite Manager Program’ after the successful completion of:

• Online motel operations and management questionnaire
• Online PMS management task using GuestPoint or other system
• Microsoft Team interview
• Verification of all required certificates and licences (if required) including:
  • National Police Check
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • First Aid certificate
• Two verbal reference checks
• Creation of an updated professional resume
